Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 bananas, very ripe
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a food processor, combine oil eggs and bananas.
Process just until ingredients are mixed.
Add flour, sugar, salt and baking soda and continue processing (about 10 seconds).
Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared muffin pans (with or without paper inserts), about 3/4
full.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are light brown.
