Pineapple Stuffing for Ham

4 eggs
1-1/4 lbs. unsweetened crushed pineapple
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
8 slices bread, cut into bite-sized pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except bread, and mix thoroughly. Add bread pieces, and mix until bread is covered. Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 1 hour.
