5 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
8 ounces cream-style cottage cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
4 ounces diced green chilies canned, drained
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; beat well. Stir
in remaining ingredients, and pour into a well greased 9-inch pie
plate.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and
bake about 20 minutes more or until set. Cut into wedges to serve.
