1 white sandwich bread slice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. Hash brown potatoes
Salt
Cut center from bread with a 2 inch round cutter. (Reserve center for another use.) Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brush both sides of bread with melted butter, and place in skillet. Crack egg into hole in
bread. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until egg is done.
