    Aunt Saunny
    Ingredients:
    Bread to cover bottom of pan (square)
    1 lb. sausage
    Cheddar cheese or Velveeta
    8 eggs
    3/4 cup milk

    Directions:
    Crumble bread in well-greased casserole dish. Add cooked sausage and cheese. Mix eggs and milk and pour on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
