    Aunt Saunny

    Eggs
    1-3 Tbsp. grape jelly
    1 Tbsp. milk
    Chopped spinach
    Cottage cheese
    Food coloring – 1 Tbsp. per egg

    Directions

    1. Break the number of eggs you need in a bowl.

    2. Add jelly, milk, spinach, cheese and food coloring.

    3. Scramble eggs.

    4. Serve with ham.
