    SOS Sausage//Gravy

    Aunt Saunny

    1 lb. pork sausage
    3 Tbs. all purpose flour
    1 1/3 cups Evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. Blk pepper

    Cook sausage in heavy nonstick skillet until well browned, stirring to crumble. Remove with slotted spoon. Pour off all but 2 Tbs. of drippings. Add flour to pan and cook 1 minute over medium heat, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Add more milk for thinner gravy. Stir in pepper and sausage and cook until hot. Serve over biscuits or toast
