Supper-Brekfast Squares

1 9 X 13 baking dish
Sliced BBQ bread or French bread
3 Eggs beaten
and
3 more eggs beaten
1 pound Turkey or Ham sausage crnmbled,browned and drained
1 jar pimientos
1/2 cup shredded cheese--your favorite
1 can mushroom stems and pieces drained.
Heat oven to 350
Spray 9 X 13 pan well with baking spray. Lay slices of bread in bottom of pan--put as many as possible without overlapping. Top with mushrooms then three of the beaten eggs spread cooked sausage over eggs and top with second layer of bread--Pour remaining three eggs over bread and top with pimientos bake until eggs set---sprinkle with cheese and cut into wedges. Use spatula to remove from pan and serve topped with extra cheese if desired. AND Homemade strawberry preserves top this off to a great cold night pick me up.
