Swiss and Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 lb ground hot pork sausage
6 white sandwich bread slices
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
7 large eggs divided
3 cups whipping cream divided
2 cups milk
1 tsp sage
1tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dry mustard
Chopped green onions [garnish]
Directions:
Cook sausage in a large skillet over med high heat stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink drain well. Cut crusts from bread slices and place slices on the bottom of a pammed 9x13 in baking dish. Place Swiss then Parmesan cheeses over top. Whisk together 5 eggs, 2 cups whipping cream, milk and spices. Pour evenly over cheeses. Cover and chill overnight. When ready to bake whisk together the remaining 2 eggs and 1 cup whipping cream. Pour evenly over chilled mixture. Bake at 350o for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with green onions if desired.
