    Ingredients:
    eggs
    various

Must be made ahead of time.

Use a 9x13 pan, butter 6 pieces of bread and put them in the pan butter side down. Now add whatever you would like. If you want bacon or sausage cook them first and then cut them into bit size pieces, spread them over the bread. I usually use, bacon, sausage, ham, onion, mushrooms, green peppers. You can add whatever you would like in yours. After you have put all of it on top of the bread make sure it is spread out. Take 9 eggs(if you put alot of breakfast items in you may need to use more eggs, I usually use a dozen, make sure breakfast items are covered most of the way) scramble the eggs and add very little milk. Salt and Pepper to taste. Pour over bread and breakfast items. Put grated cheddar cheese over the top to cover. Cover pan and refrigerate over night or for at least 4 hours. Bake covered with alumninum foil at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Insert knife in middle to make sure the eggs cooked all the way. Cut and enjoy! Makes a wonderful breakfast on Holiday mornings! Reheats in microwave really well
