Plain Old Omelet

6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. margarine
Beat eggs, add salt and pepper and water. Beat again.Melt butter over medium heat. Pour eggs into pan. As eggs sit, lift up edges and tip pan so the uncooked egg flows under cooked portion. When bottom is browned and eggs are set, fold in half and slide onto plate and serve.
