Holiday Breakfast Bread

3 C flour
2 C sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 eggs
1-1/2 C oil
1 C pecans, chopped
1 C coconut
2 C dried bananas
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1-1/2 t vanilla
Mix dry ingredients. Add blended eggs and oil. Add
remaining five ingredients. Pour mixture into two
greased loaf pans and bake at 350º for 60 to 80
minutes.
