Cajun Butter

4 Tbs Paprika
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Thyme, ground
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sage, ground
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
2 cups butter, softened
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until
thoroughly mixed.Refrigerate overnight. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat before injecting turkey or chicken. Makes approximately 2 cups.
