    4oz Butter
    2/3 Cup of Sugar
    2 Cups of Self-Raising Flour
    1 Table Spoon of Honey
    2 Eggs
    2 Table Spoons of Milk
    4 Bananas
    1 small Level Tea Spoon of Bi carbonate Soda

    Method
    Cream Butter, Honey and Sugar together

    Gradually Add the beaten Eggs.

    Stir in the Sifted Flour, Mashed Bananas and Soda which has been Dissolved in the Milk.

    Place in a well-greased 9 in. sandwich pan and bake in the centre of a moderate over For 40 minutes.
