    Mandarin Magic Cake

    Aunt Saunny

    1 box (2 layer)yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 can mandarin oranges; with juice
    1/2 c. veg. oil

    Beat all ingredients together for 3 minutes on med. speed with electric mixer. Bake at 325 in a l3x9 greased adn floured pan. Bake for 24 to 30 minutes.

    Frosting:

    1 8 oz. container of cool whip
    1 15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice
    1 3/4 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
    Combine all ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
