1. Make 1 box cake or bread box mix as directed, using a 9x13 in. pan or a square pan.
2. Let cool. using a wooden type spoon handle, poke holes all over the cake, like for a jello cake.
3. Mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk & 1 can evaporated milk together well, & pour all over cake.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Frost with cool whip & serve.
