Cake
1 box chocolate or fudge cake mix
Filling
14 oz. coconut (frozen)
16 marshmallows
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
Icing
4 squares chocolate (4 T.)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. water
Salt (sprinkle)
1/4 c. margarine
Bake cake as directed and split layers. Mix milk, sugar and marshmallows and melt. Stir until sugar is dissolved and marshmallows melted. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Put this mixture between each split layer and on top. Melt chocolate and sugar; add salt, water, and margarine. Simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla Mix well. Put on top and sides of cake
