    Aunt Saunny

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 egg
    3 c. miniature marshmallows

    ICING:
    2/3 c. white Karo syrup
    1/4 c. butter
    12 oz. peanut butter chips
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. lightly salted peanuts
    2 c. Rice Krispies

    Mix first 3 ingredients together good and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Put 3 cups of miniature marshmallows on top of hot cake. Cook 6 more minutes.

    ICING: Melt syrup, butter, peanut butter chips and vanilla together. When all is melted, add peanuts and Rice Krispies. Then add this on top of marshmallows.
