    Pistachio Cake

    Aunt Saunny

    1 box white cake mix (2 layer)
    1 small box instant pistachio Pudding mix
    3/4 c. water
    1 cup veg. oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. pecans; chopped

    Beat all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle top with pecans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350. After cake is baked put holes in hot cake. Spread icing on hot cake.

    Icing

    2 tablespoons margarine
    2 cups powdered sugar
    l/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. water

    Beat together and spread on hot cake.
