1 Box White Cake Mix(Duncan Hines)
2 Boxes Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Water
5 Eggs Icing
1 Small Carton Cool Whip
1 Box Instant Pistachio Pudding
1/2 Cup Milk
Recipe
Using electric beater,combine cake mix, 2 boxes of pudding,milk,oil, water and eggs,adding eggs one at a time.Blend well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.Let cake cool well before icing.
Icing-With electric beaters, blend cool whip,1 box of pudding and milk for 2-4 minutes. Refrigerate for at least30 minutes to allow icing to firm up,then ice cake.
