Ricotta Cake

1 box yellow cake mix (with pudding)
Cheese Filling:
1 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Follow directions on cake mix and pour into 9"x13" glass baking
dish. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over cake batter very
carefully. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cake is done when
it springs back. Let cool. Frost with whipped topping and top with
any canned fruit filling or fresh strawberries in season.
