    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1 pkg. Orange Supreme cake mix with pudding
    1/2 c. oil
    6 eggs,beaten
    1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 cup chopped pecans or English Walnits
    1/2 cup shreded coconut

    FROSTING
    1 (12oz.) container Cool Whip
    1 large can about 13-15 0z. well drained, crushed pineapple
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 snall can mandrian oranges drained well and dried on paper towles
    1/4 cup shreded coconut

    Beat cake mix, oil, eggs ,nuts coconut and oranges for 2 minutes. Bake in a 9 x 13
    inch pan in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool.

    FROSTING: Put Cool Whip in a large bowl add pudding mix and mix with mixer for two minutes Add rest of ingredients Mix all together with a spoon. Spread over cooled cake.
    . Refrigerate. Sprinkle top with coconut
