You need:
Part 1: 225 g whipping cream, 100 g sugar, 75 g glucose (optional), 50 g butter
Part 2: 125 g sugar
Part 3: 500 g ripe bananas
Bring to a boil the ingredients from part 1.
Meanwhile, prepare a caramel with the sugar from part 2. When the caramel is brown, pour part 1 on part 2, slowly, and add the sliced bananas. Cook for 10 minutes, constantly stirring.
Pour on a slightly greased baking sheet and let it cool.
Unmold and cut in squares.
