Cheesy Hot Dog Casserole

2 cans cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1/2 soup can water
1 pkg. hot dogs, cut into coins
1 bag shredded frozen potatoes, thawed
Combine all ingredients in 9" x 13" baking dish.
Bake, uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes, then reduce heat
to 375 and bake for 25 minutes.
