Take 1 1/2 pounds of Beef Tips and pour 2 cans mushroom soup and one can cream of beef soup and one small tomato sauce over them and microwave 10 minutes or until tender in a micro pressure pot.
Mix cornbread as usual for a large cast Iron skillet.
Grease skillet as usual pour 1/2 of batter in skillet then cover with beef tips and sauce reserve extra sauce- sprinkle with shredded cheese then pour on remaining
batter and bake until golden brown Serve extra sauce as gravy over bread when served
