Ingredients
4 pork country style Ribs/backbone type
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup uncooked rice
1-1/2 cups water
salt & pepper to taste
1 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
Season Ribs with salt & Pepper. Brown Country Ribs. in skillet Mix rice,
water, mushroom soup & mushrooms. Place in bottom of a baking
dish. Place browned pork chops on top of rice. Pour cheese soup
over Ribs. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
