Turkey Casserole

3/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. cheddar cheese flavored crackers, crushed
1/2 lb. creamed corn, thawed if frozen
1/2 lb. Italian style peeled tomatoes, drained
3 ounces canned chopped green chili peppers
3/4 onion, chopped
3/4 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. ground turkey
4 large flour tortillas
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl combine 1/2 cup crushed crackers and next 8 ingredients. Season with salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Add turkey and knead with hands until well mixed. Transfer to a buttered deep baking dish and sprinkle with remaining crackers. Bake 1 hour or until center springs back when pressed with a finger. Serve with tortillas.
