Amaretto Cheesecake

Crust:
1 stick butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cheesecake:
3 pkg. (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. Amaretto
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
curled chocolate
1 Tbsp. Amaretto
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Crust: Melt butter. Add sugar, crumbs and cinnamon. Press into cheesecake pan.
Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese; add sugar gradually. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Topping: Mix ingredients and pour on baked cheesecake. Put back in oven at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.
