    Aunt Saunny

    Crust 1 1/2 cups finely chopped nuts (Walnuts, Almonds, or mixture)
    2 Tbs sugar
    3 Tbs melted butter
    Filling
    2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    1 cup sugar
    3 Tbs flour
    4 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1 Tbs instant coffee
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup boiling water
    Dissolve instant coffee in water. Set aside to cool. Mix nuts, sugar,
    and
    butter and press into bottom of a 9 inch spring for pan. Bake at 325 F
    for
    10 minutes and remove.
    Beat cream cheese, cinnamon, sugar, and flour at medium speed until
    well
    blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Mix in the
    sour
    cream. Pour over crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 F and then reduce
    oven to
    250 F and continue baking for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cake cool
    in the
    oven for 1 hour. Remove and cool completely. Refrigerate until well
    chilled.
    Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
