Easy Cheesecake Cupcakes

You need approx 24 cupcake paper liners. Large size.
30 vanilla (or chocolate) wafers
Line Cupcake tins with paper and a wafer in each one
Crush approx 6 wafer to make crumbs
Mix
2 8oz pkg of cream cheese ( I usually use light)
1 large container of Cool whip thawed.
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth. Spoon mixture into muffin tins, little more than
1/2 full. Add your favorite topping (mines cherry or blueberry) to
top, about a tsp or little more. Garnish with a bit of the crushed
crumbs. Place in refrigerator until set. Peel paper off and enjoy.
