Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

Chocolate Crumb Crust (recipe below)
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Heat oven to 300. Prepare crust. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Chocolate Crumb Crust:
1-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted.
Combine all ingredients and press firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan.
