Spring Breeze Cheesecake

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup (1/2 pt) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz) carton cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust (I use the larger, 2 extra serving size)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Spoon into pie shell and refrigerate until set (at least 4 hours). Top with your favorite fruit if desired.
