1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbs. vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
20 small chicken wings
Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken wings and refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight. Place wings on a well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, turning wings once or twice.
