1 pound chicken livers
Butter
24 walnut or pecan halves
24 prunes, seeded
12 slices bacon cut in half
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauté the chicken livers in butter, then cut into 3/4-inch cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Stuff each prune with a slice of chicken liver and a walnut half. Wrap each prune with a bacon slice and secure with a wooden pick. Bake at
350 until bacon is done to your liking.
