Taco-Corn Chili

Serves 5
1 lb extra-lean ground pork
1 can (15 to 16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 envelope (1-1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and drained
2 cups water
2 tsp sugar
Spray 4-quart Dutch oven with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork in Dutch oven, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
