Touchdown Chili

"Nana" to Bubbe & Alex
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning
1 can (15oz) kidney beans, drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat for
5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently. Drain if
needed.
Stir in McCormick chili seasoning and remaining ingredients. Bring to
a boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Serve with shreddec cheese, sour cream and shopped
onion, if desired.
Makes 5 (1 cup)servings. Note: Can be double, tripled or to whatever
amount you desire.
