    Cinnamon Toffee Pecan Cookies

    l (l8 oz) refrigerated sugar cookies roll
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    l/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 teaspooons vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    l/2 c. toffee bits

    Heat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Break up cookie dough into a large bowl. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in pecans and toffee.

    Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on sprayed cookie sheets.Bake at 350 for ll to l4 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool 2 minutes and then remove from cookie sheet
    Makes 2 doz. cookies
