Cranberry Crisps

1 (15.6 oz.) box Pillsbury Cranberry Quick Bread & Muffin mix
1/2 C. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
2/3 C. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1 T. sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine bread mix, walnuts, butter and egg; mix well. Shape dough into
1 1/4 inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheets 3 inches apart. With
glass dipped in sugar, press each cookie to 1/8 inch thickness. Bake
7-10 minutes or until light brown around edges. Remove from cookie
sheets. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
