    Peanut Butter cookies

    Aunt Saunny

    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    1 teas. vanilla

    Heat oven to 325 degrees.
    Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful 2 inches
    apart. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake 14 to 16 minutes til light brown. Cool on rack.
