    Aunt Saunny

    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs 1 tsp. soda
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt

    Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Roll in 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. sugar. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
