    Aunt Saunny

    Makes 4 dozen
    1 cup butter softened
    1/2 cup 10x confectioners sugar
    2 1/4 cups sifted flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup walnuts

    Cream butter & sugar, add vanilla. Set aside. Mix all dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Mix well. Shape dough into balls (approximately 1 inch in diameter). Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until slightly brown.
    Put 10xconfections sugar into a bowl and roll the warm cookies. Set on wax paper to cool.
