1. Why not get everyone in on the dinner act? Let each family member (Dad included) plan a weekly meal. Small ones can come up with their own ideas and older members can help. This is also a great opportunity to teach young ones about nutrition and food choices.
2. How about a family dinner where everyone pitches in? Delegate responsibilities and include everyone.
3. Write meal selections down on pieces of paper and let each family member draw out his or her meal for the coming week. This can also be a great time to teach kids about shopping (if time permits) and reading nutrition labels.
4. Support one another by letting them know when you enjoy their cooking. You may have a budding chef in your household.
