Cornbread Dressing

a.. 1 skillet of cornbread
b.. 3/4 loaf of stale bread (leave open over night)
c.. 1 onion
d.. optional: giblets from turkey cut up finely and added to dressing
e.. 1 can of broth (if not using giblets and juice from them add 1 to 1/2 additional can of chicken broth
f.. salt and pepper to taste
g.. 1 tsp ground sage
h.. 1 to 3 stalks of celery cut up finely
Cook in crock pot on low for 2 to 3 hours or you can bake it in oven
