    Aunt Saunny

    4 cups water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups potatoes, diced
    1 bag broccoli, frozen & chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

    Combine the water, bouillon cubes, onions, potatoes and broccoli in a crock pot. Mix well. Cook on High until the broccoli is thawed. Add the cream of chicken soup and cheese, to taste, to mixture. Turn cook on LOW for 2 hours.
