"Stuffed Cabbage"

1 lb hamburger ( I just break it up and toss it in) (if I have time, I boil it first to get the fat out)
1 cup rice
1 jar of spaghetti sauce - 32 oz. (most of your seasoning is in here)
chopped onion
package of cole slaw from the produce section (the make your own kind)
salt and pepper to taste
Chopped up bacon or a smoked ham hock for flavor
Put all ingredients into a slow cooker, set on low and in about 8 hours you have what tastes like stuffed cabbage, but only took 5 minutes to "throw" together.
