    1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
    1/2 Cup Butter -or Light Sweetened Cream
    1 Cup Flour
    8 oz. Cream Cheese -Light, Low Fat or Fat Free works very well too
    1 Cup Confectioners Sugar (powdered sugar)
    8 oz. Cool Whip -Light Cool Whip works well also
    2 3oz. Packages Instant Chocolate Pudding -Light, Sugar or Fat Free
    3 Cups Milk -Whole, 1%, or Fat Free
    8 oz. Cool Whip -Light Cool Whip too
    Additional chopped walnuts for top

    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 350F. Combine first three ingredients press into a 9 x
    13 baking pan, bake for 18-20 minutes, then let cool COMPLETELY.
    Cream softened cream cheese with with confectioners sugar, then fold in
    8oz. of cool whip. Spread on cooled crust, and let it set up in
    refrigerator, about 20 minutes.
    Mix instant pudding mix with milk and spread on top of cream cheese
    mixture. Let it set up in the refrigerator again about 20 minutes.
    Spread remaining cool whip on top, and top with additional chopped
    walnuts.
    Serve well chilled.
