    Chocolate log cake

    Aunt Saunny

    2 cups heavy cream
    1/2 cup ground sweet chocolate
    1/4 tsp. orange extract
    9 oz chocolate wafer cookies

    Beat first 3 ingredients until stiff. Sandwich wafers, on edge, with
    1 tbsp cream between each, to form logg. Frost log. Chill overnight.
    Slice diagonally.
