1/4 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup skim milk powder
1/4 cup diced apricots [ dried ]
1/4 cup sultanas
1/3 cup pistachio kernels, chopped
Place condensed milk in a large bowl. Stir in
skim milk powder, apricots and sultanas and pistachios.
Knead until smooth. Form into a log shape.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate.
Thinly slice into rounds and serve.
Makes approximately 30 rounds
