    Pistachio instant pudding: 1 oz box
    Milk: 1 1/2 cups
    Ricotta Cheese: 1 cup
    Chopped toasted pistachio nuts: 1/2 cup
    Chopped Berry granola bars: 2 bars 1.7 oz each

    In bowl, whisk together first 3 ingredients. Place pudding cheese mixture in pastry bag fitted with star tip. Divide 1/2 pudding mixture among 4 parfait glasses. Top each parfait with 2 tbs. chopped pistachio nuts and
    1/2 granola bar. Top with remaining pudding mixture. Chill. GARNISH PARFAIT GLASSES WITH MINT LEAVES AND MORE PISTACHIO NUTS. Makes 4 servings.*
