Veggie Dip

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese*
1 pkg. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 env. dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup half & half or low fat condensed milk*
Mix first 3 ingredients well. Gradually add Half & Half.
This is really good as a dip for vegetables.
*For low fat version or this recipe: Use Neufchatel cheese and
condensed milk.
Neufchatel cheese is made from milk. Cream cheese is made from cream.
